But while strolling through the grocery store with my 16 month old, I found tortillas were on sale and that made me crave tacos. In honor of the weather being extremely warm and nice in the city today, I wanted a light and fresh dinner. So I decided to make some shrimp tacos with a fresh avocado salsa. As many of you know, the food truck phenomenon has made it’s way into the area.
